A Global Learner College provides access to sustained opportunities that make a lifetime of differences for students, alumni, and communities.  By demonstrating the characteristics of the Global Learner and achieving the Critical Desired Outcomes, the college competitively positions itself to be successful in the global education market.  Transformation to a Global Learner College is systemic, involving each part of the college. Initially an assessment of the total college is conducted and an implementation plan developed.
